Setting up the IMAP prefix path on iPhone/ipad (IMAP root folder)

After you first set up your iPhone to check your email hosted on HIS Plesk Servers, it’s possible you will not see the Sent, Trash, Drafts, and Junk folders.
You will need to set the prefix path - or IMAP root folder - for it to work correctly.

Here is how to do it:

1- On your iPhone or iPad, tap:
Settings > Mail > Account > Select your email account
2- Scroll down and tap Account
3- At the bottom, tap Advanced and scroll down
4- For IMAP Path Prefix: Enter the word “INBOX” (use all caps)
5- Save the settings: Go back to account and tap Done.

Now, your folders should appear as subfolders in the Inbox.
