Using the headers of an email message to investigate a delay

In some cases, our support staff will ask you to send them the Internet headers of an email message. They provide invaluable information to trace a message in case there is an unexpected delay.

Copy and paste them for your own reference or in an e-mail to support@his.com,

or paste the headers through one of those email header analyzer and it will show you where the delay happened:
