Zimbra SPAM management: Allow/Block domains and addresses in Zimbra webmail
In Zimbra webmail: Allow/Block domains and addresses for SPAM:
- Login to https://securemail.his.com
- Click on Preferences -> Mail
- Scroll down to Spam Mail Options
- Enter the Aetna address in "Allow messages from."
- Click Save on the top left.
