Horde Webmail Deprecated 2025: Switch to RoundCube

The Horde webmail app is not maintained anymore and has been deprecated on our Plesk servers in 2025.
It may keep working for a while, but it will stop working eventually.

We recommend switching to using the RoundCube Webmail app before June 2026, as at that time, RoundCube will become the default webmail app and the horde App will become unavaiable.

Here is how to switch to RoundCube using the Plesk web hosting account management tools.

Login to Plesk as Admin. (You should have received the Admin login information when your account was created.)
Once logged in: Go to Mail > Mail Settings
Change the Webmail to RoundCube
Click on Save

That's it.

The syntax for Plesk-hosted domains webmail is:
https://webmail.<yourdomain.ext>
(Replace .yourdomain.ext with your real domain name and extension)

Next time you go to https://webmail.<yourdomain.ext> you should see the RoundCube login page.
