Transferring email account data from a computer to another

If your email account is using IMAP, you should not have to transfer the data, as it stays on our server.
You would just set up your email account on the new computer and it would download the data from our server.

If you were using POP on the old computer, all the email data has been downloaded on the old computer, and you will need to transfer that data to the new computer.

Unfortunately, transferring a POP account data from a computer to another is out of the realm of our support as that would need physical access to the computers involved.

Check with the technicians of the company where you bought your new computer, most have a service that would take care of the data transfer , like (Apple Genius Bar, or Best Buy's Geek Squad).

You could also request assistance from a Tech company like Office Depot, Hello Techs, Nerds on Call and Geek Squad
