Create a mailbox out of a forwarding address

1- Login to your domain's Plesk panel.

In most cases if your domain is "domain.com:, the Plesk Panel web address is: https://domain-com.his.com:8443/
Use the Plesk Admin login username and the Plesk Admin password.
This information has been provided when you setup the hosting account.
If you lost the account's password: Use the "Forgot Password" link to have a password reset link emailed to you.

2- Once logged to your Control Panel, you can manage/create new email accounts:

3- Click on the Mail tab.
4- Click on the existing email account you want to work with to open its settings,

5- In the options for the account:

• Click on the checkbox next to Mailbox.
• Select a password and make a good note of it for the future webmail access or setup.

6- Click OK to confirm the changes.

After that you will be able to access the email account manually using
the domain webmail.
If your domain is "domain.com", the webmail address is: https://webmail.domain.com

Login using the full email address as username and the password you created for the account.
