Zimbra Fix: legitimate emails are being mistakenly sent to the Zimbra Junk folder

To prevent legitimate emails from being mistakenly sent to the Zimbra Junk folder, you can manage spam filtering settings. This involves adding or removing email addresses from the "Block" and "Allow" lists within your Zimbra webmail preferences. You can also empty the Junk folder manually.
Here's how to manage spam filtering in Zimbra:

1- Log in to your Zimbra webmail account.

2- Go to Preferences > Mail.
3- Locate the Spam Mail Options section.

4- add the email addresses or domains

In Block messages from (blacklist): Enter email addresses or domains that you want to block and always be treated as junk.

In Allow messages from (whitelist):
vEnter email addresses or domains that you want to allow and not be placed in the Junk folder.

5- Save your changes.
