Enable gzip compression for a website hosted on Plesk

Our shared Plesk servers use Nginx a reverse proxy to Apache.
gzip compression is enabled at the server level for Nginx.

If you would like to enable it for Apache for your web site, do it from your domain's Plesk Control Panel.
