Backup Web Site Files via FTP

You will need an FTP client program or Website Authoring Software like Dreamweaver/Muse...
You can obtain a free FTP client from the Internet, or, if you are using Windows, use Windows Explorer.

The web site files are located in the "web document root", in your account this is a folder named httpdocs.

You will need to know your FTP username/password, they have been provided to you when your account was setup.

Set up the FTP client with:

Use a secure FTP connection: FTPS
FTP Host:
FTP Username:
FTP password:

and download the files located in the folder name /httpdocs/ to your computer.
