Email Authentication for Domain validated Secure certificates

Domain validated Secure certificates like GeoTrust QuickSSL or Thawte SSL123 can usually be issued within 24 hours.

Before the certificate can be issued you must be able to validate ownership via
Email Authentication

One of these email addresses must exist and the system will send an email with an approver link. You must click this link and then “I approve” on the website.

The following addresses are available to choose from:

admin@yourssldomain
administrator@yourssldomain
hostmaster@yourssldomain
root@yourssldomain
webmaster@yourssldomain
postmaster@yourssldomain

For com / net / org domains the technical whois contact can also be used.
