Whitelisting/Blacklisting An Address Or Domain For All Users Of A Domain

Once you are logged-in to https://spam.his.com as the domain administrator:

• Click on the Manage Domain link next to your domain.
• Click on the Block/Accept tab-> Sender Filters.

To Whitelist an address:

• Add the address to the "Allowed Email Addresses and Domains" list.
• Click on Save changes

To Block an address:

• Scroll down and add the address to the "Blocked Email Addresses and Domains" list.
• Click on Save changes
