I got some spam that made it past the Barracuda filters. How do I let Barracuda know?
If you get spam in your inbox that you think should have been quarantined or blocked, just forward it to email@example.com - we will use it to tweak our filters.
It's very helpful when you do this - you might be among the first to get spam that's part of a new attack that uses a new technique to get around spam filters. Barracuda is very quick to respond, pushing new filter updates out three times per hour. Your reports help identify these attacks - the sooner you report spam, the better.
